The most basic form of service allowing workstation to be monitored, offers patched manangement, and accessed remotely by the AIT Service Team. Actual service of these computers is billed hourly as problems arrived
AIT Advanced Workstation Plan: 39.95/mo
The Advanced plan offers everything from the basic plan and also includes free support for any problems the workstation may have.
AIT Complete Workstation Plan: 69.95/mo Offers everything from the Base and Advanced Plans, and also offers On-Site technical support with a tech that travels to your office. This plan is currently only available in Colorado.
Server Support Plans:
AIT Base Plan: 59.00/mo per server Includes remote monitoring of critical applications and services. We monitor things like CPU Utilization, memory utilization, hard drive space, paging file usage and more leveraging the same enterprise level tools used by companies like Yahoo and Cisco. In the base plan, Alliance IT will also handle the installation and management of Microsoft patches and updates. You will receive a monthly report outlining the details of service performed.
AIT Advanced Plan: 199.99/mo per server Our advanced plan includes all of the benefits of the base plan, but also allows you to take advantage of our telephone support at no additional cost.
AIT Complete Plan: 299.99/mo per server This is our most comprehensive support plan. It includes all of our monitoring and patch management, telephone support and adds on site support if required. This plan is designed to provide the customer with a fixed cost operating expense.
